Job Description
Are you ready to be a covert champion of customer experience? C3 Presents is seeking enthusiastic and observant individuals to join our team as a Theme Park Mystery Guest for high-energy summer work in Downtown Austin. In this unique role, you will anonymously evaluate the guest experience across various entertainment venues and attractions, providing invaluable feedback that directly influences our service quality and operational excellence. This is a temporary, high-impact summer position perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable moments for others.
Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously visit assigned entertainment venues and attractions as a regular guest.
- Objectively evaluate all aspects of the guest experience, including staff interaction, facility cleanliness, service efficiency, and overall atmosphere.
- Document observations thoroughly and accurately, noting both strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed, constructive written feedback and reports within specified deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion throughout the evaluation process.
- Adhere to all guidelines and protocols for mystery guest assignments.
- Identify and report any potential safety or operational concerns.
