Job Description
Join ATS Automation as a Laser Technician Aide and embark on a rewarding career path with comprehensive support for your certification! You will work alongside experienced technicians, assisting in the operation, maintenance, and calibration of advanced laser systems used in our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. This is a Monday-Friday, on-site role within our Milton facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Laser Technicians in the setup, operation, and maintenance of laser processing equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of laser systems under supervision.
- Prepare materials and components for laser processing applications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Document work performed, including equipment settings and processing parameters.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to achieve professional laser technician certification.
- Calibrate and adjust laser equipment as instructed by senior technicians.
- Support the inventory management of laser-related consumables and spare parts.
