Job Description
Are you observant, detail-oriented, and looking for flexible weekend work? Market Force Information is seeking dedicated Mystery Shopping Associates to join our team in Wesley Chapel, FL, and surrounding areas. This is a part-time, contract role perfect for individuals who enjoy visiting various businesses, evaluating customer service, and providing valuable feedback. As a Mystery Shopping Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients enhance their customer experience and operational standards. This position offers the flexibility to choose assignments that fit your weekend schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various retail stores, restaurants, and other service-oriented businesses.
- Objectively observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including product availability, cleanliness, staff demeanor, and service quality.
- Accurately and thoroughly complete online reports detailing your shopping experience within specified deadlines.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions for each assigned shop to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details and client information.
- Communicate effectively with Market Force Information project managers regarding assignment statuses or issues.
