Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in extensive training programs to learn Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM tools.
  • Assist in the daily administration and maintenance of CRM systems under supervision.
  • Support data entry, data cleaning, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Help generate basic reports and dashboards to track CRM performance.
  • Collaborate with senior administrators and other departments to understand business requirements.
  • Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for CRM users.
  • Document CRM processes, configurations, and user guides.
