Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
- Serve dishes and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Participate in training and development sessions related to the Corporate Partner Program.
