Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Remote E-commerce Experience Rater. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously evaluating and providing feedback on various aspects of e-commerce user experiences, including website navigation, product search results, content accuracy, and overall user journeys. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. You will play a vital part in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the highest quality online shopping experience for Amazon customers. This role does not involve any phone calls, focusing purely on written analysis and data submission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and rate e-commerce experiences according to established guidelines and criteria.
  • Analyze website layouts, search functionality, product information, and checkout processes for usability and accuracy.
  • Identify and document inconsistencies, errors, and areas for improvement in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide constructive and detailed written feedback on user experience elements.
  • Conduct comparative analysis of different e-commerce features and functionalities.
  • Adhere strictly to project guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members by sharing insights and best practices.
