Job Description
As a Health Bot Validator with a remote medical focus at Google, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, safety, and efficacy of our AI-powered health assistant tools. You will meticulously review and validate bot responses, identify potential medical inaccuracies or ambiguities, and provide expert feedback to enhance conversational AI models for healthcare applications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient safety and data integrity. This position is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Rigorously evaluate AI health bot responses for medical accuracy, clarity, and safety.
- Identify and flag instances of misinformation, incomplete information, or potentially harmful advice.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback to AI engineers and content developers for model improvement.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of medical validation guidelines and protocols.
- Stay updated on medical advancements, best practices, and regulatory standards relevant to AI in healthcare.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical experts, product managers, and engineers.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of new AI features and medical topics.
