Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Vault Management Aide to join our bank logistics team in New Port Richey. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for supporting the secure and efficient operation of our vault, managing the flow of cash and other valuable assets, and ensuring strict adherence to all security protocols and regulatory guidelines. This position is vital for maintaining the integrity of our financial operations and providing reliable service to our branches and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the bank vault, including receiving, sorting, counting, and dispensing currency and other valuable assets.
- Accurately record all vault transactions, maintaining meticulous logs and inventory records.
- Prepare cash shipments and orders for branches, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Operate and maintain vault equipment, including cash counters and sorting machines.
- Adhere strictly to all internal security procedures and banking regulations.
- Monitor vault access and activities, reporting any discrepancies or suspicious behavior.
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments to optimize logistics and workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure vault environment.
- Perform regular audits and reconcile vault contents against records.
- Support other logistical duties as required to ensure smooth bank operations.
Required Skills
