Job Description
Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for gaming? Blizzard Entertainment is seeking a dedicated Work From Home (WFH) EA Specialist with a focus across all gaming categories to provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple executives within our global teams. This 100% remote role requires exceptional communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations, managing complex schedules, and supporting projects that span our diverse gaming portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings across time zones, and coordinating travel logistics (when applicable).
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other communications for executive review.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage and reconcile expense reports, purchase orders, and other financial documentation.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, conducting research and compiling data as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between various departments and teams.
- Proactively identify and address potential scheduling conflicts or administrative challenges.
- Support planning and execution of virtual team events and offsites.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience working in the gaming, entertainment, or tech industry.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- A genuine passion for video games and an understanding of various gaming genres.
