Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Luxury Transportation Aide to join The Mayo Hotel team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to begin a career in luxury hospitality and transportation. As a Luxury Transportation Aide, you will be crucial in ensuring our guests experience seamless and high-quality transportation services. You will assist with guest arrivals and departures, manage luggage, and provide professional driving services as needed. This role demands exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of luxury and guest satisfaction. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and courteously transport guests to various local destinations as directed.
- Assist guests with luggage handling during arrivals and departures, ensuring careful and efficient service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of all hotel vehicles, inside and out.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services and local attractions to guests.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel safety protocols at all times.
- Ensure all transportation logs are accurately completed.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the concierge and front desk teams to coordinate transportation schedules.
