Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, sorting, scanning, and dispatching goods within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments using internal inventory management systems.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, labels, and manifests with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external partners regarding daily operations and potential issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies in all tasks and around the facility.
- Support general warehouse operations by organizing storage areas, assisting with material handling, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required to support the overall supply chain team's efficiency.
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with common software applications.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods during a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate in a diverse environment.
- Reliable transportation to our facility in Valencia, Santa Clarita, CA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, administrative, or customer service role (even volunteer or school-related experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software.
- Ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume, and constantly evolving environment.
