Job Description
Are you passionate about making vehicles shine? Mister Car Wash in Omaha is looking for dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team as an Automotive Detailing & Car Wash Technician. This role is crucial for ensuring our customers’ vehicles receive top-notch cleaning and detailing services, contributing to our reputation for excellence. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from exterior washing to interior detailing, all while providing an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exterior car washes, including pre-soaking, scrubbing, rinsing, and drying vehicles.
- Execute interior detailing tasks such as vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, and treating upholstery.
- Apply waxes, polishes, and protective coatings to vehicle exteriors.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and address any missed spots or areas requiring extra attention.
- Operate and maintain car wash and detailing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the car wash facility.
