Job Description

As a Picker, you will play a crucial role in preparing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick customer orders from various inventory locations using handheld scanners.
- Ensure accuracy of picked items by verifying product details and quantities.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as pallet jacks or order pickers (training provided, if required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support fulfillment center operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand English instructions.
- Basic math skills for counting and verification.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 49 pounds for extended periods.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanning devices.
