Executive Sedan & Limo Service is seeking experienced Casual Limo Drivers to join our team in South Bend, Indiana. As a Casual Limo Driver, you will be responsible for transporting our discerning clients to various destinations, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction. We operate a modern fleet of luxury vehicles and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and professionally operate luxury vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and limousines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and anticipating client needs.
- Ensure timely arrival at all pick-up and drop-off locations, adhering to scheduled itineraries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned vehicles before, during, and after each shift.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedule changes, delays, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- Handle client inquiries and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of South Bend and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and highly professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Impeccable personal presentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a professional chauffeur or luxury car driver.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
- CPR/First Aid certification (a plus).
- Fluency in multiple languages (a plus).
