Job Description
Join Netflix as an Entry-Level Editorial Analyst and play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our vast content library. This is a unique opportunity for highly detail-oriented individuals with a passion for media to contribute to a global entertainment leader. As a fully remote position available anywhere in the USA, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring the editorial integrity of content across our platform, directly impacting the viewing experience for millions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed editorial review of content metadata, including titles, synopses, and genre tags.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Netflix's editorial guidelines and style guides.
- Identify and flag any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in content information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content operations, localization) to resolve content-related issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of editorial processes and tools by providing constructive feedback.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback on content quality and data accuracy to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of content trends and user experience best practices to inform editorial decisions.
Required Skills
