Key Responsibilities
- Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise before store opening.
- Ensure store aisles are clean, safe, and ready for guests.
- Help with basic inventory management tasks, including counting and labeling.
- Support the visual merchandising team by arranging displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Provide a positive and friendly attitude to team members.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in high school or equivalent.
- Ability to arrive punctually for early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 40 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment (volunteer or paid) is a plus, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
