Job Description
Join Shopify as an Online Website Tester, providing crucial feedback on new brands and features integrated into our platform. This 100% remote role offers a flexible opportunity to contribute to the development and user experience of cutting-edge e-commerce solutions. You will be responsible for testing websites, identifying bugs, evaluating user interfaces, and offering constructive insights that help shape the future of online commerce. Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and provide detailed feedback on website functionality, usability, and design.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies using specified tracking tools.
- Evaluate the overall user experience and provide constructive suggestions for improvement.
- Assess the effectiveness of new features and branding elements for various online stores.
- Participate in regular feedback sessions and team meetings.
- Adhere to testing guidelines and project timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information and new brand launches.
