Job Description
Target is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Evening Secret Shopper in Lubbock, TX. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, with assignments typically completed by 9 PM daily, primarily focused on our High Street location. As a Secret Shopper, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the guest experience, store presentation, and operational standards. Your observations and feedback will directly contribute to our ongoing commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a desire to help improve retail experiences, with no prior experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit designated Target stores during evening hours, completing assignments by 9 PM.
- Observe and evaluate various aspects of the store environment, including cleanliness, merchandise display, and product availability.
- Assess the friendliness, helpfulness, and efficiency of team members.
- Interact with team members as a typical guest, asking questions and making purchases as required by the assignment.
- Accurately record and report observations using a provided online questionnaire or mobile application.
- Provide constructive and objective feedback based on established guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assignment details and company information.
- Adhere to all specified timelines for completing visits and submitting reports.
