Job Description
Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated and vigilant 18 Year Old Teens Site Security Guard for night shifts in Pasco, Washington. This licensed role is crucial for maintaining the safety and security of our client’s premises. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the assigned site, both on foot and in a vehicle, to deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security threats.
- Control access to the premises, verifying credentials and managing visitor logs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security breaches.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid State Security Guard License (or ability to obtain one prior to employment).
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to perform regular foot patrols and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing and surveillance monitoring.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a security role (even volunteer or related fields) is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
