Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Partner to join our collaborative office environment in Augusta, GA. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our team, providing comprehensive administrative support, and fostering a productive atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to supporting a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple team members, including internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and organize team events, workshops, and off-site meetings, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately and providing timely responses.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
  • Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure continuous operations.
  • Support new employee onboarding processes, including workspace setup and initial administrative guidance.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations and cross-functional support.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with corporate expense reporting systems (e.g., Concur).
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple professionals or departments.
