Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Aesthetics Nurse (RN) with a strong focus on injectable treatments like Botox and dermal fillers to join our vibrant team in Miami, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse passionate about aesthetic medicine and delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You will be responsible for providing a range of cosmetic injectable services, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and adherence to all clinical protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans for cosmetic injectables (Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, etc.).
- Administer injectable treatments with precision and artistry, ensuring patient comfort and optimal results.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, product knowledge, and complementary services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety guidelines and clinic protocols.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.
- Collaborate with the medical director and other team members to enhance patient experience and clinic efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment.
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives to promote services and attract new clientele.
Required Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aesthetics Nurse, specifically with Botox and dermal fillers.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of injectable aesthetic treatments.
- Demonstrated strong anatomical knowledge and injection techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
- Basic computer proficiency for charting and scheduling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced certifications in aesthetic injectables.
- Experience with other non-surgical aesthetic treatments (e.g., laser treatments, body contouring).
- Proven track record in a high-volume aesthetic practice.
- Sales or client relations experience within a medical spa or aesthetic clinic setting.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
