Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently move packages, freight, and other materials within the warehouse facility.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling and proper placement of items.
- Scan packages accurately using handheld devices to maintain inventory and tracking records.
- Sort and organize packages for proper distribution and staging.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including cleaning and organizing.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or physically demanding role.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
