Job Description

We are seeking a warm and organized Receptionist to join our team in New Port Richey. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with courtesy and efficiency
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
  • Provide support to real estate agents and staff as needed
  • Handle inquiries and provide general information about our services
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory
