Job Description

Tesco in Rotherham is looking for friendly and energetic Promotional Samplers to bring our exciting new products to life for our customers during weekends. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent our brand, engage directly with shoppers, and create a memorable in-store experience. Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers, offering samples of new and featured products.
- Clearly communicate product benefits, features, and special offers.
- Set up and maintain an attractive and hygienic sampling station.
- Monitor product stock levels and request replenishment as needed.
- Gather customer feedback on sampled products and report findings.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Represent Tesco's brand positively and professionally.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts.
- Enthusiasm for promoting products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, promotions, or retail.
- Basic food hygiene certificate (training can be provided).
