Job Description

As a Remote Solutions Consultant focusing on Ads for small businesses, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the complexities of Google’s advertising platforms. This is a 100% remote position. You will leverage your expertise to understand client objectives, recommend tailored advertising strategies, and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of their campaigns. Your goal is to empower small business owners to maximize their return on investment from Google Ads by providing strategic insights, technical guidance, and ongoing support. You will be a trusted advisor, translating complex technical information into clear, actionable advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical and strategic advisor for small business clients regarding Google Ads products.
  • Understand client business goals and translate them into effective Google Ads strategies.
  • Provide in-depth consultation on campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword selection, ad copy, and landing page optimization.
  • Conduct performance reviews and offer proactive recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Onboard new clients to Google Ads and provide training on best practices and new features.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google Ads product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Document client interactions, solutions, and campaign insights accurately.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising, specifically with Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing search, display, and video campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping small businesses succeed.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other relevant advertising tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
  • Experience working with a diverse portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of clients effectively in a remote environment.
