Job Description

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training on hand scanner technology and all picking procedures will be provided. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using a hand scanner and other designated equipment.
- Verify product counts and ensure items match order specifications.
- Safely operate manual and powered pallet jacks (training provided) if required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to a team leader.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies (e.g., hand scanners).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (not essential, but a plus).
- Basic understanding of inventory systems.
- Forklift certification (not required for initial role, but beneficial for future growth).
