Job Description
As a Chatbot Interaction Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness and user experience of our AI-powered conversational agents. This ‘Smart Working Role’ emphasizes flexibility and impact, allowing you to contribute to critical projects that shape how users interact with our products. You will analyze chat logs, identify patterns, pinpoint areas for improvement, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine chatbot responses and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets of chatbot conversations to identify key themes, user pain points, and areas for optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) for our chatbots.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and software engineers to translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of changes on chatbot performance and user satisfaction.
- Monitor chatbot performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI and natural language processing.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms and conversational AI principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to improving user experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with machine learning concepts and applications in NLP.
- Prior experience in customer service, UX research, or a similar analytical role.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
