Job Description
Join our team as a Coffee Shop Mystery Shopper in Fontana, CA, and help us maintain our high standards of service and quality. This role involves discreetly visiting designated Starbucks locations during morning shifts (typically 7 AM – 12 PM), observing various aspects of the customer experience, and providing detailed feedback through an online reporting system on a weekly basis. Your insights will directly contribute to improving our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to Starbucks locations as scheduled, primarily during morning hours.
- Order specific items and interact with baristas according to scenario guidelines.
- Observe and evaluate customer service, product quality, store cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.
- Accurately complete and submit detailed online reports within 24 hours of each visit.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all provided guidelines and instructions for each mystery shop.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
- Access to a reliable computer or mobile device with internet access for reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mystery shopper or similar role.
- A passion for coffee and the customer service industry.
- Residency in or near Fontana, CA.
