Job Description
Are you a natural communicator with exceptional writing skills and a passion for helping others? Concentrix is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Virtual Support Agent for a Text and Email Only Role. In this 100% remote position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing clear, concise, and empathetic support exclusively through digital channels. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via text and email communication channels.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English.
- Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
