Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Center Administrator to join our team in Joliet, Illinois. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our medical center’s administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to medical staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient scheduling, registration, and appointment confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and manage correspondence.
  • Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative reports and documents.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Provide general administrative support to medical staff and other departments as needed.
