Job Description
Join the Eurest Dining Services team as a Corporate Cafeteria Cashier in Fort Collins, Colorado! We are seeking a friendly and efficient individual to manage transactions and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic corporate cafeteria setting. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with no night shifts, offering a great work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
- Operate cash register and process various payment methods accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, greeting all guests with a positive attitude.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper balancing at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and dining area.
- Assist with basic food and beverage service as needed, including stocking and light prep.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a food service environment.
