Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and safety-conscious Demolition Workers to join our dynamic team in Southampton. This is an immediate opening with competitive pay for individuals ready to contribute to challenging and rewarding demolition projects. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently performing various tasks associated with the dismantling and removal of structures, working under the guidance of experienced site supervisors. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate hand and power tools common in demolition, such as jackhammers, saws, and grinders.
- Assist with the selective and controlled demolition of various structures.
- Handle and remove debris in accordance with site safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Support the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety policies and procedures on site.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to a supervisor.
- Perform manual labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and clearing materials.

- Strong understanding and commitment to site safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous manual labour.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
- Previous experience in demolition or general construction.
- Experience operating demolition plant or machinery (e.g., excavators, skid steers).
- First Aid certification.
- Full UK driving licence.
