Job Description
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Orlando for Role 18. This position is critical for supporting various operational and administrative functions across multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient execution of tasks. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of our mission by providing essential support, managing data, and facilitating communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
- Prepare and maintain essential documentation, reports, and presentations for various projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, acting as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders.
- Manage and organize data, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.
- Provide administrative support to project leads and team members as required, including scheduling meetings and managing resources.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and recording key decisions and action items.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a corporate or project support role.
