Job Description

This fulfilling social role focuses on providing companionship, emotional support, and practical assistance without any medical duties. Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly companionship and engage in conversation with elderly clients.
- Accompany clients on outings, appointments, or social activities (e.g., walks, shopping trips).
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying, laundry, or meal preparation.
- Run errands, including grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions.
- Encourage and participate in hobbies, games, reading, or other recreational activities.
- Offer emotional support and a listening ear, fostering a positive and comfortable environment.
- Report any concerns or changes in a client's well-being to the designated supervisor (non-medical).
