Job Description
Join Constellation Energy’s dynamic team as an Energy Sector Professional Trainee. This entry-level program is designed to cultivate future leaders and experts in the rapidly evolving energy industry. You will gain hands-on experience across various facets of our operations, from generation and distribution to market analysis and sustainability initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments across different departments, including operations, engineering, environmental services, and business development.
- Assist senior professionals in data collection, analysis, and report generation for ongoing projects.

- Contribute to the implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
