Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash responsibly, provide correct change, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter, condiment station, and dining area.
- Assist with food preparation, packaging orders, and ensuring accuracy before serving.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
