Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Records Management Aide with a focus on Digital Archiving to join our team in Philadelphia. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in the meticulous organization, digitization, and maintenance of critical company records. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to FedEx’s operational efficiency and historical preservation efforts by transforming physical documents into accessible digital assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a foundational understanding of data management principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the digitization of physical records, including scanning, indexing, and quality assurance.
  • Organize, classify, and tag digital documents according to established records management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of digital archives, performing regular audits and updates.
  • Assist with the retrieval of digital records for internal departments, maintaining strict confidentiality and access protocols.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the digital archiving system.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in digital record keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve records management processes and workflows.
  • Adhere to all company policies, data security guidelines, and legal requirements related to record keeping.
