Job Description

As a Remote Google Data Validator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business leads primarily sourced through Google platforms. This involves meticulous verification of company information, contact details, and other relevant data points to support our sales and marketing initiatives. You will utilize various online tools and resources to cross-reference and validate data, ensuring that only high-quality, actionable leads enter our CRM system. This is a detail-oriented position requiring strong analytical skills and a commitment to data quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify business lead data against official company websites, Google Business Profiles, and other reliable online sources.
  • Ensure accuracy of company names, addresses, phone numbers, contact names, and industry classifications.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies or outdated information in lead records.
  • Utilize Google Search operators and other advanced search techniques for efficient data validation.
  • Maintain detailed records of validation activities and findings.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to clarify data requirements and feedback.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.

Required Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using Google Search and other online research tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
