Job Description
Appen is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Google Ads Performance Rater. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the improvement of online advertising platforms and search engine results. You will be responsible for evaluating the relevance and quality of advertisements and search results based on specific guidelines. This position offers paid training and is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Munich, Germany. You will gain valuable experience in data annotation and contribute to the evolution of AI and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the relevance, accuracy, and quality of Google Ads and search engine results based on detailed guidelines.
- Analyze and interpret various types of content, including text, images, and videos, in relation to user queries.
- Provide clear, concise, and objective feedback on ad performance and search result quality.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in all evaluations.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving project guidelines and participate in ongoing training sessions.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (reading and writing).
- Strong understanding of online search engines and Google Ads.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and adapt to new guidelines.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
