Job Description

Are you passionate about data and eager to kick-start your career in a dynamic tech environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Google Analytics Support Junior to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience with Google Analytics is required, as full, in-depth training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their Google Analytics queries, ensuring their data tracking is accurate, and helping them leverage insights for better decision-making. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, a quick learner, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete comprehensive training on Google Analytics platforms and best practices.
  • Provide first-line support to clients regarding their Google Analytics accounts via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist clients with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Google Analytics properties.
  • Help identify and resolve data discrepancies and tracking issues.
  • Educate clients on how to interpret their data and generate basic reports.
  • Document client interactions, solutions, and frequently asked questions.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and technical teams to escalate complex issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Analytics features and industry trends.
