Job Description

You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients’ digital marketing efforts by ensuring accurate data collection, resolving tracking issues, and helping users understand their website performance. Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Universal Analytics (UA) related queries from internal teams and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Google Analytics tracking and data collection issues, including GTM implementation verification.
- Assist with the configuration and validation of Google Analytics properties, views, and filters.
- Document support processes, common issues, and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and development teams to escalate complex technical issues.
- Educate users on basic Google Analytics functionalities and reporting capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Analytics updates and best practices.
Required Skills

- Basic computer literacy and comfort with web browsers and online tools.

- Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts.
- Any exposure to web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus, but not required.
