Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our remote team as a Google Query Quality Associate, specializing in text-based support. In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and improving the quality of Google’s search results and other language-based products. You will be responsible for evaluating and providing feedback on the relevance and accuracy of various text-based queries and their corresponding results, helping Google deliver the best possible user experience. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate the quality and relevance of text-based search queries and results according to established guidelines.
- Provide consistent, objective, and accurate feedback on various content types, including web pages, images, and other media.
- Identify patterns and trends in search queries and user intent to contribute to broader quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in calibration sessions and ongoing training to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and project managers.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project-related information.
