Job Description

We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our esteemed medical teams across various specialties within the Lifespan system. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient progress, document observations, and communicate critical changes to physicians.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Adhere to all regulatory standards, including HIPAA and professional codes of conduct.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Required Skills

  • Current and valid professional license in a relevant healthcare field (e.g., RN, MD, PT, OT, MLT).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care or specialized medical setting.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., BSN, MSN, M.D., DPT).
  • Specialized certifications relevant to the area of practice (e.g., ACLS, PALS, specialty boards).
  • Experience in a U.S. healthcare setting or with U.S. healthcare standards.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations.
