Job Description
We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our esteemed medical teams across various specialties within the Lifespan system. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress, document observations, and communicate critical changes to physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards, including HIPAA and professional codes of conduct.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Required Skills
- Current and valid professional license in a relevant healthcare field (e.g., RN, MD, PT, OT, MLT).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care or specialized medical setting.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., BSN, MSN, M.D., DPT).
- Specialized certifications relevant to the area of practice (e.g., ACLS, PALS, specialty boards).
- Experience in a U.S. healthcare setting or with U.S. healthcare standards.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
