Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our team as an Insurance Claims Data Entry Specialist. This is a crucial remote role where you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing insurance claims data, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and processed within our systems. Your attention to detail will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting insurance claims data into company systems from various sources.
  • Verifying data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client and claims information.
  • Organizing and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Assisting with data clean-up projects and system updates as needed.
  • Communicating effectively with team members regarding data entry status and issues.
