Job Description

As a Junior Implementation Specialist at Cognizant, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative technology solutions, with a specific focus on projects related to media streaming platforms, content delivery, and digital entertainment ecosystems, drawing parallels with the technological landscape of companies like Netflix. You will work closely with our project teams and clients to configure, deploy, and support cutting-edge software solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth system operation.
  • Document implementation processes, technical specifications, and client-specific configurations.

  • Monitor system performance post-implementation and assist with ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, especially within the media and entertainment tech sector.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project methodologies.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) or basic SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or project experience in IT implementation, technical support, or system administration.
