Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Logistics Flow Verifier for our Smart Working Supply operations in Aurora, CO. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our logistics workflows, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain a seamless supply chain. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to upholding our high operational standards. You will be a key player in optimizing our smart working supply solutions, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and verify the accuracy of logistics data, including inventory levels, shipment statuses, and delivery schedules.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies in logistics flows, such as misrouted shipments, incorrect item counts, or delayed deliveries.
  • Utilize internal systems and tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and procurement teams to resolve identified issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and 'smart working' methodologies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on flow verification findings and corrective actions taken.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Participate in training and development to stay updated on the latest logistics technologies and best practices.
