Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and professional Luxury Motorcoach Operator to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating high-capacity luxury limousines and motorcoaches, providing safe, efficient, and exceptionally comfortable transportation for our VIP clients. This role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to delivering world-class service. You will be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring every client experiences the pinnacle of luxury travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury motorcoaches and high-capacity limousines for various client engagements, including corporate events, tours, and special occasions.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring all systems are in optimal working order and cleanliness standards are met.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage, ensuring their comfort, and responding courteously to requests.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance issues.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and fellow team members.
- Represent Signature Limousine Services with professionalism and a polished appearance at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement and Air Brake endorsement.
- Minimum of 2 years (24 months) of verifiable commercial driving experience, preferably with luxury vehicles or motorcoaches.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Excellent knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury transportation or chauffeuring.
- Familiarity with the Pasco County and greater Tampa Bay area routes and attractions.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
