Job Description

This entry-level, full-time position requires no prior experience, offering a comprehensive training program to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. As a Member Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and guiding them through our services. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries in person, over the phone, and via digital channels.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding bank products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with account management, transactions, and problem resolution, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools.
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships by understanding their needs and suggesting relevant Frost Bank solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic service.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance banking knowledge and customer service skills.
