Job Description
As a Netflix Influencer Liaison focusing on Creative Talent, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and fostering relationships with top-tier creative talent and influencers across various platforms. This 100% remote role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the creator economy, a passion for entertainment, and proven experience in talent management or influencer marketing. You will work closely with marketing, content, and publicity teams to integrate influencers into campaigns that drive engagement and awareness for Netflix’s diverse slate of programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and vet creative talent and influencers who align with Netflix's brand values and content strategy.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key influencers and their representatives.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee all aspects of influencer campaigns from conception to execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, social media, content, and legal teams to develop innovative influencer strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging talent to keep Netflix at the forefront of influencer marketing.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all influencer activations are authentic and reflect Netflix's creative vision.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or public relations, with a focus on creative talent.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, recruit, and manage high-profile influencers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, influencer trends, and performance metrics.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- A passion for film, television, and entertainment content.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience working with global talent and diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Familiarity with creator platforms and analytical tools.
