Job Description

Join Roblox as an Online Live Chat Agent, where you’ll provide critical support to our young user community, specifically catering to 16-year-old teens. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US. You will be instrumental in ensuring a safe and positive experience for our users by providing timely and effective text-based support. Your role will involve assisting with account issues, in-platform navigation, basic technical troubleshooting, and guiding users through our community guidelines, all without the use of phone calls. We are looking for empathetic, tech-savvy individuals with exceptional written communication skills who are passionate about supporting an online community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with 16-year-old teen users via live chat to address their inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide clear, concise, and helpful responses to questions regarding account management, game functionality, and platform features.
  • Assist users with basic technical troubleshooting steps for common issues.
  • Educate users on Roblox community standards and safety protocols.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or specialized departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and knowledge base.
  • Work collaboratively with a remote team to achieve service goals.
